Our Dedicated Team
We have a working team consisting of agronomists, Ph.D.’s in Pesticide Application Technology, able to perform effectively in our activities. As part of Prof. Dr. Ulisses R. Antuniassi’s team, we also have technical and scientific support of institutional partnerships, including renowned entities such as FEPAF, UNESP, and a background from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), The Ohio State University (OSU) and The University of Queensland (UQ).
Dr. Alisson Augusto Barbieri Mota
Holds a doctorate in "Tank mix and Pesticide Formulations" from the School of Agronomy (FCA), Sao Paulo State University – UNESP, Botucatu/SP – Brazil, in 2015, and Master’s degree in "Spray Nozzles and Adjuvants" by the same university in 2011, both under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ulisses R. Antuniassi. He was a visiting researcher at The Ohio State University in 2014, in the United States of America, with emphasis on "Droplet Size Spectrum and Target Coverage" under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Erdal Ozkan. Dr. Alisson Mota received his B.S. degree in Agronomy from the Integrated School of Campo Mourao, PR, in 2009, and he is also an associate researcher and executor of projects in partnership with the Agriculture and Forestry Studies and Research Foundation (FEPAF), since 2009, mainly working in extension programs related to Good Practices of Pesticides Applications. Dr. Alisson Mota composed the organization of the International Symposium on Application Technology (SINTAG), which is Brazil’s most important symposium in this research area. As a researcher, he has several technical and scientific publications in national and international journals.
Dr. Fernando Kassis Carvalho
Received his Doctorate in "Adjuvants and Formulations affecting the Characteristics of Applications of Fungicides and Insecticides" from the School of Agronomy (FCA), Sao Paulo State University – UNESP, Botucatu/SP – Brazil, in 2015, and Master’s in "Evaluation of Adjuvants on Deposition and Drift in Aerial and Ground Applications" by the same institution in 2013, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ulisses R. Antuniassi. He was a visiting researcher between 2015 and 2016 at The University of Nebraska-Lincoln, United States of America, with emphasis on "Rotary Atomizers and Hydraulic Nozzles for Aerial Applications", coordinated by the Professor Dr. Greg Kruger. Dr. Fernando Carvalho received his B.S. degree from the Northern State University of Parana, (UENP-CLM) in 2010. He is also an associate researcher and executor of projects in partnership with the Agriculture and Forestry Studies and Research Foundation (FEPAF), working mainly in training programs for agricultural pilots on Good Practices for Aerial Applications. Dr. Fernando Carvalho already composed the organization of the National Union of Agricultural Aviation Congress (SINDAG). As a researcher, he has several technical and scientific publications in national and international journals.
Dr. Rodolfo Glauber Chechetto
Has a Doctorate in "Deposition Methods for Collecting Spray Drift In Aerial Applications" from the School of Agronomy (FCA), Sao Paulo State University – UNESP, Botucatu/SP – Brazil, in 2015, and Master’s in "Spray Nozzles and Adjuvants Influencing Spray Drift" from the same university, in 2011 (both under the advisory of Prof. Dr. Ulisses R. Antuniassi), and he was a visiting researcher at The University of Queensland during 2015, in Australia, focusing on "Drift Modeling and Apps for Evaluations of Coverage and Deposition", coordinated by the researcher Dr. Andrew J. Hewitt. Dr. Rodolfo Chechetto received his B.S. degree in Agronomy from the Northern State University of Parana (UENP-CLM) in 2009. He is also an associate researcher and executor of projects in partnership with the Agriculture and Forestry Studies and Research Foundation (FEPAF), since 2009, focusing on Agricultural Machinery for Aerial and Ground Applications. Dr. Rodolfo Chechetto was an organizer for a course in the program “Sustainable Agricultural Aviation Certification (CAS)”, which is the unique Agricultural Aviation Certification program in Brazil. As a researcher, he has several technical and scientific publications in national and international journals.
